To apply to NZQA for accreditation to deliver a Workforce Development Council (WDC) micro-credential, a provider should demonstrate that they have consulted with the WDC.
Please email [email protected] with details of the Muka Tangata micro-credential for which you are applying, and one of our analysts will be assigned to consult with you on your application.
Muka Tangata will provide documentation confirming consultation for the purposes of your application to NZQA.

To list a micro-credential, providers must first apply to the relevant WDC for a letter of support before seeking approval from NZQA.

Support from a WDC does not guarantee that NZQA will list the micro-credential or that Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) will fund it.
