Help us to shape the direction of the New Zealand Diploma in Primary Industry Business Management to support New Zealand’s unique food and fibre business potential.  

We are calling for expressions of interest from potential partners to contribute to the review of the New Zealand Diploma in Primary Industry Business Management (Level 5).

The Diploma offers an important opportunity for ākonga (learners) who want to take their industry experience and pair it with solid business management skills and knowledge for the benefit of their business, their industry and their people.

We are seeking to build relationships and have conversations with primary industry business owners and managers to ensure that this Diploma provides a positive and inclusive pathway for ākonga to move into management and leadership positions in all the food and fibre industries.

Through this review, we, alongside industry representatives , will consider the qualification’s potential as a pan-sector qualification, its alignment with current career pathways across the primary industries, and identify any additional products such as micro-credentials or skill standards required to support it.
